2. Social media has a big role in forming a persuasive reputation because it can expand reach, influence opinions, and provide opportunities to interact directly with the audience, because posting something on social media will make someone see it and possibly be influenced
3. In facing the challenge of maintaining a reputation for persuasiveness, transparency, responsiveness to problems, and open communication can help maintain trust and improve difficult situations. The point is I have to be able to restore people's trust in me and evaluate it several times
